Who we are

Mittaphap International, is a volunteer-based sustainable development plafrom that manages its own education projects sites and support local partner volunteer project in Laos and Cambodia. Through its system, Mittaphap connects international volunteers, local teams, partner projects, fundraising, and project management tools to support free education, community development, hospitality training, and evironmental action.

We are dedicated to building strong relationships between local leaders and global partners in order to drive long-term development. This development ensures self-reliance, economic independence, and a better future for all. Through our commitment to sustainability, empowerment, and integrity, we strive to create lasting positive change in the communities we serve.

EDUCATION AND INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERING

he core of our mission. We provide free English language teaching, hospitality training, and public speaking coaching through Toastmasters to enhance confidence and employability for local youth.

SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AND ENVIRONMENT

We set an example for the community by promoting environmental stewardship. This includes waste management, organic gardening, and developing a culture of conservation to protect the beauty of the region.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE INITIATIVE

We create high-quality employment through our restaurant and guesthouse. This self-financed model builds a skilled and self-sufficient local workforce without relying on external grants.

What We Offer

  • Free Transportation: Pick-up, drop-off, and weekly market visits.
  • Comfortable Living: Volunteers stay in dormitories with access to a shared bathroom, hot showers, and free restaurant Wi-Fi. A guesthouse is also available.
  • Meals Provided: Enjoy 3 meals a day, with local food served at lunch, and the opportunity to cook and share dishes with international volunteers.
  • Discounted Drinks: Fresh coffee, chilled drinks.
  • Excursions: Take part in free weekly trips to local lagoons and hike to nearby viewpoints for sunrise or sunset.
  • Office Equipment: Access printers, laptops, projectors, and other necessary office equipment.
  • Transportation to Schools: We provide transportation to and from schools every school day (Monday through Thursday).
